Corrections to material errors – 2015–16 Annual Report
The following errors appeared in the NDIA 2015-16 Annual Report.
- Page 2: Based on this research, the NDIS Act defines ‘an ordinary life’ as that which ‘enable(s) people with a disability to exercise choice and control in the pursuit of their goals, and the planning and delivery of their supports’.
Correction: The NDIS Act does not define the concept of an ‘ordinary life’. - Page 13: The Department of Social Services (DSS) has provided the Agency with the ILC policy to implement from August 2016. This is being done through the ILC commissioning framework.
Correction: The ILC policy was to be implemented from August 2015.
